1. What this covers
This policy covers cookies and similar local-storage technologies (such as localStorage and IndexedDB). The Platform deliberately uses very few traditional cookies — most of what it stores lives in your browser’s local storage and is essential to running the app. The same consent rules apply to non-essential storage of any kind, not just cookies.
2. Your choices
On your first visit, a banner lets you Accept all or Reject non-essential storage. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings button (the cookie icon in the footer). Essential items cannot be switched off because the Platform cannot function without them.
Your choice is itself stored in your browser and we ask again after 12 months, or sooner if this policy materially changes.

We do not set a traditional authentication cookie; sign-in state is held in your browser’s local storage by the Firebase SDK.
Analytics (optional — off by default)
Set only if you opt in. These are the Platform’s only true cookies.

4. Third-party cookies
Other than Google Analytics (above, only after consent), we set no third-party advertising or marketing cookies.
5. Managing storage in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and clear site storage through your browser settings. Clearing strictly-necessary storage may sign you out or reset preferences.
